Meet the team

Bobby Alan Westfall

Lead PastorMissionaryStoryteller

Bobby Alan Westfall is the Lead Pastor of The Foundery Church in Wellsburg, West Virginia. Known for his passionate teaching and pastoral heart, Bobby, along with his wife Stacy and their five children, leads the church in cultivating authentic worship, intentional community, and missional living.

Bobby spent 12 years sharing his testimony as a hip-hop artist with Kalledout, then traveled with Stacy as missionaries on The Extreme Tour. Together, they co-founded The Bay Six Project, a ministry devoted to making sure everyone is seen, loved, and valued.

Today, Bobby and his family are committed to bringing hope, restoration, and the gospel to the Ohio Valley.

Sidney Lee Mozingo

Sidney Lee Mozingo is a U.S. Army veteran, creative storyteller, and ministry leader serving at The Foundery Church in Wellsburg, West Virginia. Alongside his wife, Jacy, and their family, Sidney uses media, design, film, and technology to help people feel seen, valued, and connected.

After serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, Sidney's journey led him through seasons of struggle, growth, and renewed purpose. Today, he uses creativity to strengthen the local church and bring attention to work making a real difference.

Whether behind a camera or building a new idea, Sidney is passionate about using creativity for something greater than himself.
